8. Red Hulk
The funny thing about Mjolnir is that, while the rules are pretty binding in terms of who can and cannot even pick up the hammer let alone wield it, there are certain loopholes you can exploit to kinda cheat the system as it were. For one, gravity is a big player in Mjolnir's little safeguard, so remove that and you have a better chance. At that point you just need to be strong enough to swing it.
Enter the Red Hulk.
When Red Hulk was given his own comic line in the late 2000s, Marvel decided that the best way to show how badass this Hulk is would be to have him fight Thor head on. In space. Why? Who cares, it's awesome!
The fight initially goes Thor's way, of course, but after getting Mjolnir away from the God of Thunder, Red Hulk takes advantage of the lack of gravity combined with his own super strength and lifts Mjolnir for one devastating swing to knock Thor flat on his ass.
