Fight Club 2: 10 Things You Need To Know

2. It Starts Soon

Fight Club 2 has been in the works for a good couple of years, before being officially announced last year. Palahniuk has been smart in biding his time, waiting until he had a story worth telling and a worthy collaborator in Cameron Stewart on the art duties. Still, it feels like fans have been waiting decades for the sequel and...well, that's because they have. Finally, though, the wait is almost over. The six-page preview is like the trailer for the upcoming release, with the first issue hitting stands on May 27, courtesy of Dark Horse Comics (the same publishers behind Hellboy and the Buffy comics), with a beautiful painted cover by David Mack. The series will run for the better part of a year, too, with ten issues eventually being published. That's a lot of space to explore what exactly happens with Project Mayhem next - possibly less than another novel, admittedly, but more than a film. This is a big story with plenty to get your teeth into.
