How Batman Would Defeat Each Member Of The Avengers

The Hank Pym incarnation of Ant-Man was one of the founding five members of the original Avengers, and Pym remains one of the outright most fascinating characters in all of comics.

But when faced with Batman, Hank Pym is destined to end up on the losing side of things. Regardless of which persona he's taking on - be that Ant-Man, Goliath, Giant-Man or even Yellowjacket - the Caped Crusader will be able to deal with what Pym offers up.

The scanners built into the Batsuit would pick up on Hank should he shrink, while the suit's impenetrability means that Pym couldn't get inside it. Should this founding Avenger opt to go big and embrace his more Giant-Man side, that simply gives Batman a bigger target to aim for.

Should Giant-Man be the order of the day, you can't put it past Bruce to pull an Empire Strikes Back manoeuvre and utilise the Batwing to tie this enlarged Hank Pym up in knots, sending him tumbling to his downfall.

If we're talking the Scott Lang version of Ant-Man, that's a different fight - in that Scott isn't as smart as Hank Pym, but he is better at thinking on his feet - but it's a fight that Batman would still win.
