How The Flash Would Defeat Each Member Of The Justice League

9. Hawkman And Hawkgirl

Flash Superman Death
DC Comics

Hawkman and Hawkgirl have two major advantages over the Flash. Flight and experience. For all his skills, Barry Allen cannot engage in sustained flight and can’t match the Hawks for their ability to manoeuvre and fight while in flight. Also, having lived multiple lives for centuries, they have known or seen multiple speedsters and have observed them in battle, but Barry, ever the thinker, has new ideas on how to use his powers to bring the Hawks down to his level.

By spinning his arms rapidly in a circular motion, the Flash can create powerful whirlwinds that should be powerful enough to knock one or both Hawks from the sky. Once on the ground, though the Scarlet Speedster has two of the world’s best melee fighters with centuries of experience, he will need to keep the fight on his terms. For all their skill, Hawkman and Hawkgirl are only as fast as a skilled human fighter and can't match Barry's speed.

To win this fight, Flash will have to deprive the Winged Wonders of their Nth Metal equipment. This will mean taking their belts, boots and wings, and moving them far enough away to prevent the Hawks from recalling them psychically. Once those are gone, the legendary heroes aren’t much stronger than the average, very athletic couple and should be easy to subdue.
