Wally West stated that Wonder Woman can keep up with him at his normal cruising speed but it is doubtful that the speed gifted to her by Hermes is connected to, or any match for, the Speed Force. However, unlike Superman and Batman, Diana is a warrior and a hunter. And she has centuries of experience to draw on, including having worked with and observed speedsters up close. This all makes the Amazon Demigoddess a particularly hard opponent to overcome.

Also, as with Superman, it is unlikely a straight physical fight would result in a win for the Flash. While his speed does increase his strength a great deal, it isn’t on Wonder Woman’s level. While she isn’t invulnerable, Diana is super-humanly durable. Flash would have to fight multiple projectile or energy weapons almost simultaneously to have any hopes of them not being deflected by her bracelets.

Success in a fight with Wonder Woman will require surprise and speed. Barry would have to remove Diana’s Magic Lasso from her belt and completely wrap her in it from head to toe before she realizes he was even there to win the day. And the Scarlet Speedster would need to achieve his ultimate goal quickly, because the Amazing Amazon’s will would command the lasso to release her, no matter how complicated the knots Flash tied in it.
