Besides being an excellent pun on nineties Ice-T crime film New Jack City, this area is almost definitely going to be the home of Howard The Duck, trapped in a world he never made! The subversive Steve Gerber-created character is about to get a new series off the back of his cameo appearance in Guardians Of The Galaxy, and bringing him back to the Marvel U from his home planet of Duckworld - trapped in a world he never made!
