21. The Far East

Another of those ill-defined areas that seems to denote an actual, IRL location rather than something that's distinct to the fictional Marvel comic book universe, the Far East could indeed just mean Asia. Pitting a region of the Earth, many of whose population aren't superpowered, wouldn't exactly be fair game for Secret Wars, considering some of the opponents they are up against. Most likely is this area will be the home of the Marvel Mangaverse, a line of comics published during the height of Japanimation mania during the mid-noughties, which involved such anime-style spins on characters as an X-Men who operated out of a dojo (drawn by the guy who designed the characters from that Jackie Chan cartoon of the same era) and a ninja Spider-Man. Which was actually okay. As was female giant robot Tony Stark...
