The Runaways: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

Victor has the most unique origin story of all the Runaways. His mother, a former drug mule and petty criminal, finds the head of a defeated Ultron robot in a landfill and after listening to Ultron's erratic chattering, she does what any other rational person would do, she brings it home as she believes the head to be a prophet.

Ultron promised to give the woman a child for her services and that child ends up being Victor Mancha, built by Ultron and engineered to infiltrate and kill the Avengers when he reaches maturity. After warnings from the future about what Victor will one day become and a confrontation with Ultron, the Runaways manage to help Victor overcome his murderous programming.

Victor is incredibly powerful due to his wide range of powers, from electromagnetikinesis to superhuman strength and durability, as well as his ability to control nanites for self repair.

He is later recruited to join an Avengers team by Hank Pym after being part of Avengers Academy previously where he befriended a Doombot, who is also on the team.
