Venom: 8 Most Powerful Symbiotes

And here we have the big dog, the true first - and most powerful symbiote of them all: Knull, The King In Black.

Knull was the first creature to ever exist, living as an embodiment of the darkness before the Big Bang. But then, well, the Big Bang happened. He did not like this, and voiced his displeasure by CHOPPING A CELESTIAL'S HEAD OFF!

Knull is the creator of all symbiotes, originally known as the Klyntar, and wields the strongest symbiote weapon of them all: All-Black the Necrosword.

It took the entire Marvel universe pooling their strongest weapons together and giving them to Venom in one glorious attack to finally put Knull down, but not before Knull spent an entire maxi-series tossing the other heroes like a salad.

And on top of all of that, you can't even truly be rid of the King In Black, because the horde he commands is more dangerous without a master.

So Venom has to take his place like he's the freaking Lich King. Even when you kill the King in Black, there must always be one.
