What Happened To Everyone Who Became Ghost Rider?

4. Alejandra Jones

Cosmic Ghost Rider Frank Castle
Marvel Comics

The next canon Ghost Rider was a woman named Alejandra Jones. What immediately separated Alejandra from her contemporaries - besides her gender - was the fact that she actually knew better than to make a deal with Satan to get her powers. She got her powers when her adopted father, a man simply known as Adam, tricked Johnny Blaze into giving up his powers as the Ghost Rider.

This wasn't hard, as you can imagine, since Johnny wants nothing more THAN to be rid of the spirit of vengeance once and for all. But of course, this was all a sinister plot by Adam. But one part he didn't count on was his adopted daughter to fall on the side of good at the end of it all when she gained the powers of Ghost Rider.

While Alejandra was never the nicest person on the planet, she was definitely a welcome addition to the Ghost Rider cast. Of course, she had something that the other Ghost Riders tended to lose very quickly in this line of work: namely, a pulse. So, when the story Absolute Carnage rolled around, they quickly set about fixing that. And since this is Marvel, of course she had to die in the most painful way imaginable, with Carnage TEARING OUT HER DAMN SPINE in order to gain her powers.

While it's inevitable that Alejandra will be back, at least she has company down in hell in the form of all her fellow Ghost Riders.
