What Happened To Everyone Who Became Horsemen Of Apocalypse?

10. Wolverine

Wolverine Horseman of Apocalypse
Marvel Comics

Although Wolverine has most recently been seen as a Horseman of Apocalypse in the pages of Powers of X, alongside Xorn, North and Krakoa, that future actually took place in one of the past lives of Moira X. Officially, then, Wolverine has only been a Horseman of Apocalypse in mainstream continuity once before, at a time where he'd been stripped of his adamantium graft.

Fatal Attractions is a fairly infamous storyline that saw Logan's metal skeleton ripped from his body by an apoplectic Magneto, and, for a time, he actually got by using just his bone claws. Obviously anyone's going to opt for a metal skeleton over just a boring boney one if they're given the opportunity though, and it was here where Apocalypse came in.

During a period where Wolverine regressed into a feral-like state, En Sabah Nur kidnapped the Canucklehead, brainwashed him, and managed to successfully re-graft the adamantium to Logan's skeleton, at which point he became the latest version of Death.

To cover for Logan's whereabouts, Apocalypse actually placed a Skrull imposter with the X-Men. It doesn't last for long though, as Wolvie kills his doppelgänger and breaks free of Apocalypse's control shortly thereafter.
