What Happened To Everyone Who Joined The Superman Family?

Lois Lane is the woman Clark married, but the first woman he fell in love with was his childhood sweetheart, Lana Lang. And for the longest time, that's all Lana ever was, a "What could've been" character for Clark.
Obviously, in recent years, that ceased being good enough for such a storied female character.
When the New 52 Superman died, his energy passed onto the New 52 Lois (not the one who's Jon Kent's mother, the other one, yes it's complicated) and Lana, giving them different aspects of his abilities that rounded out into their own separate power sets.
Although both got the basics like super strength and flight and so forth, Lana got an evolved version of Superman's heat vision, gaining the ability to convert solar radiation into different forms of electromagnetic energy.
The two became Superwoman, with Lana getting her new boyfriend John Henry Irons to help her out as Steel, rounding out their team. We haven't heard much out of her since her short-lived solo book, but she is alive and well, kicking ass and keeping Metropolis safe.
