Betsy Braddock, more commonly known as Psylocke, is best known for her ability to construct blades made of psychic energy, but she has powers far greater than just that. Like everyone else on this list, she has certain telepathic abilities but stands as uniquely powerful in a number of ways.
Like Jean Grey, she has the ability to move things with her mind and get into people's heads, but she also has some limited precognitive abilities, which enable her to perceive the future. Add that to her expert martial arts skills and psychically-generated blades, and Psylocke is truly a powerful individual.
Her psychic powers are intensely powerful, and without using a device like Cerebro, she has demonstrated an ability to telepathically reach people all over the world. While Xavier requires Cerebro to do this, Psylocke once contacted her team in Australia while she was in Washington, D.C.
That being said, she has used Cerebro on a number of occasions without receiving a psychic shock for her efforts. In one instance, she destroyed a Cerebro helmet when she blasted psychic energy at Sabretooth while wearing it. Like other telepathic Mutants, her abilities are enhanced by Cerebro, but there haven't been many occasions where she absolutely needed to use it.
