8. Cyclops Is Back To His Regular Self
As seen in the relatively recent Uncanny X-Men Annual, Scott Summers was resurrected via the efforts of the younger Cable.
The process of bringing Cyclops back was a complicated one, but all that really matters is that the hero is back to being just that: a hero. This is something that needs clarification as not long ago Summers was basically a villain - first being corrupted by the power of the Phoenix force and then killing Professor X and aligning himself with Magneto, after deciding that protecting humans was a waste of time.
Whether or not Scott returning to his usual self is a good thing will be down to your opinion on the character, but, whatever your view, it's unlikely this'll change again in the near future. The cover for Uncanny X-Men #1 shows Cyclops in the new team, just as he has been for most of his time on the page.
