Every Villain The Arrowverse Has Teased But Not Used

One of Wonder Woman's most iconic foes, Cheetah has only recently started to get some level of notoriety despite her savagery and astonishing level of power.

Barbara Ann Minerva received her powers from the ancient plant god Urzkataga/Sun Tribe/the Cult of Urzkataga (depending on the continuity) at the expense of her sanity and restraint. Her physical attributes make her almost as strong as Wonder Woman and faster than her, so much so that she can keep up with the Flash himself.

She was hinted at in the third season of The Flash when Barry and Captain Cold broke into ARGUS headquarters to steal the Dominators' power source. While going through the facility, the duo passed through the cells of various Suicide Squad members such as Carrie Cutter, and Cheetah's was next in line.

Although this happened in the Pre-Crisis version of the Arrowverse, it is not far-fetched to assume that Cheetah could appear later down the road, especially if the CW opts to adapt Wonder Woman in some shape or form.
