Whilst many of you would've seen that last name as a ludicrous suggestion, Tom Hardy is an actor who's much more commonly linked with the role of James Bond. Hardy's claimed he'd love to play Bond if Christopher Nolan was on board, and was apparently asked by the director to channel the spy for his role in Inception. Nolan would no doubt explore the darker facets of the character were he to direct, and Hardy would definitely bring a steely rawness to the role; he's one of the most sought-after stars in the world, so it makes sense to sign him sooner rather than later, surely? And whether Nolan appears or not, Hardy would no doubt do a fantastic job. We could see a more brutal Bond, or he could play it with more of a sparkle; Hardy's a gifted actor, and the possibilities are endless.
