2. Will Poulter - Pennywise; It: Chapter Two
Back before he started making a name for himself with hits such as We're The Millers and Detroit, Will Poulter was widely known on the internet as "the kid with the eyebrows".
Fast forward to the aforementioned Detroit, and Poulter was giving a harrowing and horrifying performance as a police office leading the psychological torture of a group of young people during the 12th Street Riot. This gripping portrayal of police brutality proved just how talented Poulter is, but in that same year he could have been playing a much difference force of evil.
Poulter was cast as the killer clown when director Cary Fukunaga was at the helm, but parted with the project soon after the director had due to creative differences.
Bill SkarsgÄrd ended up being the perfect choice to take over the role, delivering on the astronomical hype for the Stephen King adaptation, and seeting up even more excitement for this year's sequel.
