10 Actors Who Could Play Indiana Jones In Reboot

10. Harrison Ford

Let's get this out there right now and be completely honest with ourselves: Is there really any other man that fans can picture in the classic, trademark role? There's no doubt that if another Indiana Jones film gets made, Harrison Ford will probably play the lead character once again. If the rumors are to be true that he signed on for Star Wars with another Indy picture in the deal, there's no denying that he'll play the part. Harrison Ford is no spring chicken though as he's currently 71-years old and will most likely have a Star Wars commitment for the next 6-years. That is of course if Han Solo isn't killed off in the first installment of the new trilogy, as he originally wanted to be offed in the original trilogy. Possible Storyline: The film would have to take place after the events of Kingdom of the Crystal Skull sometime in the late 1950s or early 1960s. The novelty of the story established a good opportunity to carry the saga forward with Indy's son Mutt and his new bride Marion. Mutt could easily take of the mantle of his father and take the franchise into the generation but that could prove difficult given the fact of whom that actor is. It's possible that a new student could be found to carry the story forward. Sound familiar?
