Films of 2012: Your Sister's Sister, The Watch, The Odd Life of Timothy Green, Nobody Walks, Promised Land Rosemarie DeWitt is perhaps one of the most underrated American actress working today. She has been consistently giving good performances from "Cinderella Man" to "Rachel Getting Married." 2012 proved to be no different for this Queens native. In supporting roles, she was able to stretch into comedy with 'The Watch" and children's film with "The Odd Life of Timothy Green." She worked with legendary director,Gus Van San in "Promised Land" and an up and comer in "Nobody Walks." Her best performance - another performer from this film - comes from Your Sister's Sister, as she balances secrets and lies with her counterpart Emily Blunt and another actor that will soon appear on this list. As of right now, she is set to appear in another Lynn Shelton film, "Touchy Feely".
