10 Actors Who Hopefully Killed Their Careers In 2015
6. Ed Skrein
Ed Skrein famously quit his role as Daario Naharis on HBO's Game of Thrones to appear as the cut-price Jason Statham in this year's The Transported Refueled, but that wasn't the only bad decision the guy made in 2015. It all began with period action flick Sword of Vengeance, which roughly three people saw and scored a poor 13% with critics, followed by the straight-to-video thriller Tiger House (which most critics didn't even bother reviewing), a supporting part in the underwhelming American Psycho knock-off Kill Your Friends (31%), and then finally, indeed, Skrein's Transporter reboot hit cinemas to just 17% critical approval, though it did admittedly make triple its budget at the box office. In fairness to Skrein, he's got the most promising role of his career to date coming up, playing the villainous Ajax in Deadpool, but given his highly bland portrayals throughout his career so far, why expect anything different here? Without any other big movies on the slate, he might be joining Taylor Lautner in the VOD action flick arena.
