10 Actors Who Just Appeared In Their Worst Movie
6. Ke Huy Quan - The Electric State
Much as Ke Huy Quan has enjoyed a well-deserved career resurgence with his Oscar-winning performance in Everything Everywhere All at Once, it's also fair to say that his most recent roles haven't been nearly worthy of his talents.
After starring in the promising but ultimately disappointing action comedy Love Hurts (18%), Quan followed it up by joining the massive ensemble of the Russo brothers' new mega-budget Netflix blockbuster The Electric State.
And despite the qualifications of its cast and crew, as well as acclaimed sci-fi source material, The Electric State was largely panned by critics, netting just 14% approval, in turn being the worst-received project Quan has ever worked on.
Quan certainly didn't catch any personal flak for it though, considering neither he nor any of the cast are the problem with the movie - it's ultimately just a chaotic yet strangely tedious movie that came and went in a blink.
But with Quan next set to voice a character in Zootopia 2, he should rebound just fine.
