10 Actors Who Just Appeared In Their Worst Movie
5. Liam Neeson - Ice Road: Vengeance
Liam Neeson may be fresh off his best-reviewed film in years with The Naked Gun, but mere weeks earlier he also starred in the single worst movie of his entire career.
Ice Road: Vengeance, a sequel to 2021's indifferently received Netflix actioner The Ice Road, was listlessly sloughed into a few U.S. cinemas for just four days before being dropkicked onto streaming platforms, where it was panned by critics and audiences alike.
Neeson largely sleepwalks his way through the movie and, frankly, it's tough to blame him - there's so little meat on these Dad Movie bones that even the most undemanding of dads might struggle to finish it.
Ice Road: Vengeance currently sits at just 19% on Rotten Tomatoes, and while he technically has lower-scoring movies to his name - such as The Nut Job (13%), Taken 3 (12%), and Blacklight (12%), all three of those movies had considerably more reviews than this.
Ice Road: Vengeance landed with such disinterest that few critics even bothered to review it, and if more critics had given it write-ups, that score would've probably sunk into the single digits.
Neeson has said he'd retire from action movies numerous times over the years, but this really feels like the time to make it stick.
