Other contenders: Jessica Marais, Olivia Wilde, Olga Kurylenko, Gemma Arterton Theres little doubt that Batmans iconic love interest/ally/nemesis will be popping up on-screen sometime in the somewhat-near future. Over the last few months there have been rumors that Zack Snyder has been courting none other than Emily Blunt for the role of Miss Kyle. If not in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, then the ever-expanding DC movie universe. However, we'd like to go in a different direction. Eva Green is a name that has been floating around since they announced that Catwoman would be appearing in The Dark Knight Rises a few years back. With recent roles in films like 300: Rise of an Empire and Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, Green has proven she can indeed play the role of a deadly (and deadly sexy) antagonist. If Catwoman does make her way back on-screen, we just hope that she won't be stuffed into a movie that already features a dozen or so villains. If need be, we won't mind waiting for a few movies. Eva Green is the Catwoman Gotham deserves, but maybe not the one it needs right now.
