10 Actors You Didn’t Realise Played Batman

3. Troy Baker - Batman Vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

For decades, Mark Hamill has entertained millions of DC fans with his mesmerising performance as the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series, the Batman: Arkham series, and various other projects. So, when the Star Wars star announced his supposed retirement from the role, fans were devastated, believing no one could channel the Clown Prince of Crime's vocals better.

But when Troy Baker took over for the Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins, gamers were surprised to see how effortlessly he commanded the role. Not only has Baker gone on to portray the demented jester many times since, he's also portrayed Batman in multiple projects, including Batman: The Telltale Series and Batman: The Long Halloween.

However, Baker's crowning achievement (at least to comic fans) is his performance in Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Although several actors have voiced Batman and the Joker, this marks the first time a performer has portrayed both characters in the same feature. The way Baker seamlessly slips into the voice of Batman and his arch-nemesis is so mind-blowing, it's hard to believe they're portrayed by the same person.
