5. George Clooney - Return To Horror High
Nowadays, George Clooney has earned a reputation for many things. An Oscar-winning director. Sexiest man alive. And of course, the worst Batman ever.
But before ER and Ocean's Eleven, he was making ends meet by taking any pay check he could find. And one of his first outings in acting was in Return to Horror High. (Despite what the title suggests, it's not a sequel, nor is it connected to the movie, Horror High.)
The plot follows a movie crew who get picked off one-by-one by a masked killer while making a horror movie. George Clooney plays the lead actor in this production, Oliver. After telling the director that he's dropping out of production, he walks off the set, only to be slain by the masked murderer.
If you haven't heard of Return to Horror High, no one would blame you. It was shredded by critics, had a limited release, and barely broke even. If you wanted to check it out just for Clooney, don't bother. He gets killed off very early on and meets his demise off-screen (mostly), making his death pretty unmemorable.
