No actress on this list gave a more exposed or vulnerable performance than Blake Lively in The Shallows, given that a solid 90% of the movie requires her to fend off a CGI shark while wearing nothing more than a string bikini.

Though Lively thankfully wasn't pregnant during principal photography where she performed many of her own stunts, when it came to filming reshoots three months later, the actress was just entering her second trimester.

With The Shallows hitting screens barely two months after the reshoots took place, it's fair to assume that they were simple pickups rather than more elaborate do-overs.

Even so, Lively was spotted filming the new scenes with a sizable baby bump in tow, which she cannily tried to hide from the snooping press.
