3. Ray Stevenson
If the Bruce Wayne/ Batman in the upcoming Justice League movie is to be slightly older than in Nolans take (theres no solid evidence to indicate this, but it could still be the case), then for my money thered be few less fitting of the role than the English/Irish performer Ray Stevenson. Hes already fully graduated into the comic book movie performer community with his turn in Punisher Warzone; and really, is there another character thats closer to Batman than The Punisher? Theres only one difference: the Punisher Kills. Stevenson is apt at bringing a smouldering intensity to his performances, which no Batman would be complete without, making Stevenson, in my mind, an inspired choice. I mean, he even sort of looks like Batman as drawn by the legendary comic book artist Alex Ross:
