4. A Bunch Of Ants

They're the other big star of Ant-Man €“ they're right there in the first half of the title, after all €“ but there's scant few actual ants on show in this trailer. Well, there are a couple, but they're mostly blink-and-you'll-miss-them affairs. The shrinking technology is, admittedly, a big part of Hank Pym and Scott Lang's schtick. But it's not the whole story. That goofy helmet Paul Rudd is rocking for the majority of his time in costume? That's not just for show. It's that helmet that allows him to communicate with ants, which might not seem that impressive but like, did you not see those brief glimpses in the trailer of his riding on the back of a flying ant? Badass! Obviously there are greater feats that can be accomplished with the helmet, with huge swathes of bugs being called upon in the comics to dispatch trickier foes. Obviously they're holding onto money shots of that sort for the finished film (the CGI might not be quite done, either), but Hank sure is keeping a lot in his lab...
