5. Batman Begins - Bruce Escapes The League of Shadows

Still, Bruce made the decision to, instead of executing the thief, start kicking some ass, and a direct consequence of that is the building catching alight in the fracas, at which point the various gunpowder barrels begin to explode, presumably blowing half these ninjas to Hell, particularly the countless unconscious ones who lie strewn around the building, not to mention all the prisoners locked in cages. Oh, but Bruce chose to save Ra's Al Ghul (who he believed at this point to be merely Henri Ducard), so he's not that bad, right? It just undermines the entire ideology of Batman which he demonstrated moments earlier by refusing to kill the thief.
