9. Major Victory
Vance Astro AKA Major Victory would be a very cool and unique addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as he traversed time on a number of occasions before ending up with the present version of the Guardians of the Galaxy. He was Vance Astrovik, but he was so obsessed with space that he legally changed his surname to Astro. He became a major in the U.S. Air Force (and a great hand-to-hand combatant) andvolunteered to be an astronaut for the first long-term interstellar space mission. As a result, he was put into suspended animation and sent to the nearest star system, Alpha Centauri. When he arrived there, he was amazed to discover that humanity had beaten him there by 200 years, after developing a faster-than-light drive since he left. Ge discovered that he could release brain-blasts of destructive telekinetic power when the Badoon attacked his new home and he became a member of the future version of a Guardians of the Galaxy. With the Guardians, he would travel around time and space fighting evil. During his travels, he found his hero Captain Americas shield in the future. Wielding it, he called himself Major Victory. He would later find himself encased in ice (just like Captain America) and temporally displaced, where he would be discovered by the present day versions of the Guardians of the Galaxy and join them and that's something that could happen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - especially once the Time Gem is introduced.
