10 Awesome Scenes Of Actors Playing Themselves

9. Martin Sheen - Hot Shots: Part Deux

Hot Shots Part Deux A blink and you'll miss it cameo that confused the Hell out of me as a kid has Martin Sheen turning up in his son Charlie's batty spoof sequel, Hot Shots: Part Deux. The film primarily aims to mock the popular action films of the time, such as Rambo, and as Topper Harley (Sheen Jr.) finds himself drifting up river in a boat, another comes passing by him, with his father on-board, clearly supposed to be playing a role similar to his Willard in Apocalypse Now. Defying convention yet again, when the two boats pass, each Sheen says to the other, "I loved you in Wall Street!". Simply, if you're not initiated, this one is going to fly completely over your head, but if you get it, it's a hilarious and smartly brief aside.
