The Original:

Big (1988). Tom Hanks starred opposite Elizabeth Perkins in this hit body-swap comedy. When thirteen year old Josh Baskin wishes to be "big" on Zoltar, an antique, funfair, fortune-telling machine.

Overnight he is transformed into a grown man and finds success in the adult world working for a toy company, before tracking down the machine and wishing to become a kid again.

The Sequel:

Hanks is back as Josh in this sequel to hot comedy Big. Josh is now a grown man and a lonely old widower. One evening, on a whim, he searches Ebay and finds the Zoltar machine from the first movie. He buys it and rashly has it turn him back into a 13 year old boy (the child actor who played Josh will not be returning).

He enrols himself in his grandson’s school and tries to fit in with hilarious consequences. Turns out it's not the eighties any more and kids like different stuff now! So far so good, until Josh falls in love with a schoolfriend’s grandmother and has to figure out how to get big all over again!
