10 Best Movies Starring The Parks And Recreation Cast
1. The Social Network
A film about Facebook directed by David Fincher and written by Aaron Sorkin is not the kind of project you would expect to see. Still, it certainly exists and carves a compelling and surprisingly tense look at the creation of the site and rise of its creator Mark Zuckerberg.
The film follows Zuckerberg's initial days at College and sees as he builds the Facebook company, betraying many people and allegedly stealing another's intellectual property, which results in a massive lawsuit. The legal debate against him is played severely, and the majority of the film revolves around dialogue and character interactions.
Rashida Jones has a strong role in this film, as she acts as Marilyn Delpy, a junior lawyer on the defence case for Zuckerberg. She delivers a truthful and honest performance that is entirely in keeping with the severe vibe of the rest of the movie, wildly contrasting what we know the hilarious actor for.
Everything comes together phenomenally in this title, as the slow, methodical pace and brilliant acting generate all of the tension and conflict that is needed to keep it exciting.
