10 Biggest Guilty Pleasure Superhero Movies

1. Judge Dredd

While the Karl Urban version is definitely superior, 1995's Judge Dredd does actually have a more developed plot, complete with twists and character arcs.

What sets it apart is the inclusion of every action movie cliche you could hope to see: the main villain's grand plan is literally to take control of the city via repopulating it with clones of himself. There are lots of sweaty guys in vests solving their problems with fists and guns (obviously), flying motor-cycle chases and big robots and cyborgs ripping people apart.

Sly's clearly having a good time too, delivering one liners like they're going out of style.

If by this point you still don't think this movie is a guilty pleasure, just remember it's got Rob Schneider providing the comic relief. Face the facts - you're guilty.
