Easily the craziest film on this list. The name of the titular hero translates to Pervert Mask and he dispatches his enemies with the powers of perversion (meaning he thrusts his crotch into their faces). That should tell you most of what you need to know.

Hentai is your classic shy and withdrawn teenager turned avenger who unlocks his powers when he puts a pair of girl's panties on his head (which makes him look a lot like Spider-Man) as well as a mankini and fishnet stockings. Obviously it's the combination of the outfit, the DNA of his mother (a dominatrix) and the strong sense of justice from the DNA of his father (a policeman) that brings about this transformation.

It shouldn't work as it's just one big joke repeating itself over and over; it should get old, but it's so mental it's impossible to look away. Like one big parody of superhero films complete with ambitious special effects and CGI, only replacing the usual aliens and villains with flying panties and a man with vacuum cleaners for arms.
