Who doesn't love werewolves?

Well, Marvel's got one of their own in the form of Jack Russell, the Werewolf By Night. Jack's ancestor, Gregor Russoff, was transformed into a werewolf by the power of the Darkhold. On his eighteenth birthday, Jack inherited the family curse and began transforming into a werewolf on the nights of the full moon.

Jack began a journey to discover the truth behind his origins and over time, he gained some degree of control over his powers. A Werewolf By Night TV show or movie could chronicle Jack's journey. As a nomadic character, it could be like a mix of Supernatural and the old Incredible Hulk TV series.

The adventures in the comics brought Jack into contact with a number of Marvel characters. Some of them include Topaz, Moon Knight, and he even became close friends with Morbius, the Living Vampire and faced off against Blade. He also battled Dracula and teamed up with Frankenstein's monster.

With Jack's connection to the Darkhold, there could even be a connection to Agents of SHIELD. Whether movie or TV show, MTV's Teen Wolf has shown that werewolves still have an appeal for today's audiences. So why not give Marvel's own werewolf his shot at fame?
