Depending on whether or not the Deadpool movies will be canon in the MCU, the Juggernaut might already exist. Either way, the best way to bring him front and center in the MCU would not be with another X-Men outing.
Sure, he should connect to his half-brother Charles Xavier and co. sooner or later, but his debut in Disney’s sandbox should be framed around one of the last original Avengers — Hulk.
Imagine a seemingly unstoppable force destroying a town ala Abomination in The Incredible Hulk. You’d better believe that General Ross would be all over such an event. Now, consider how heroes like the Hulk would react if rumor spread that this destructive being was powered by a powerful gem.
Even though the Infinity Stones were destroyed, the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak sounds an awful lot like the Power Stone — surely Hulk and company won’t let that go unchecked.
