If you're a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, then it's more than likely that you've already seen each and every installment in the long-running comic book series, dating right back to the dawn of Phase One when Robert Downey Jr. introduced us to Tony Stark.

With Disney Plus now making the MCU's entire back catalogue easier to view from the comfort of your own home than ever before, not to mention the restrictions in place around the world that are keeping many people largely confined indoors, there likely isn't a more suitable time to clear your schedule and watch the continued expansion of the most lucrative franchise in the history of cinema unfold in front of your eyes.

Now, in the interest of sanity and sleep-deprivation, you should probably try and get some shuteye in between Phases, because the combined running time of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is a mammoth 2998 minutes, or in other words, just a shade under 50 hours.

If that still isn't enough to satisfying your superhero cravings, you're a straight-up masochist, or you simply want to mainline the MCU as much as possible, then there's probably more than enough content to waste away the days until life gets back to normal.

Even though it isn't strictly considered canon anymore, for the truly insane out there, there's also the option of the five Marvel One-Shots, ten episodes of web-series WHiH Newsfront, 123 episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., two seasons of Agent Carter, the short-lived run of Inhumans, the 161 episodes that comprise Netflix's Defenders-related output, as well as three seasons of Runaways and two of Cloak & Dagger. Just be thankful that none of the Disney Plus shows are available yet, or you'd never go outside ever again.

I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
