3. Korvac
A hero from both the future and an alternate universe, who also gains the Power Cosmic from Galactus' ship, there's a lot to unpack with Korvac, who can't be summed up as easily as the other villains on this list. His motivations are almost pure in comparison, his anger fuelled by a need to make the world a better place.
In his universe, he was turned into a cyborg by the Brotherhood of Badoon, and crossed universes to eventually end up in Earth-616, the main comics universe. A villain who falls in love with the daughter of a cosmic entity and even hides on Earth as a civilian, Michael, Korvac has a long and complex history, his actions all for a cause—to make Earth into a utopia, after his own experiences with conquering aliens.
Whether a cosmic villain for the Guardians of the Galaxy, for Captain Marvel, or for even ABC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to stumble on in his suburban cover after their current season's space adventure, Korvac would make for a fantastic, sympathetic, complex villain that fans would love to see onscreen, his story fitting for both outer space and right on the ground.
