10 Famous Movies That People Still Believe Are Cursed

10. Rebel Without A Cause

Rebel Without A Cause was a sensation when it was released in 1955. The movie is iconic, thanks, in large part, to the performance of heartthrob James Dean. The curse title comes from the deaths of all three lead actors. James Dean died before the film came out in theatres when his Porsche crashed head-on with another vehicle. Dean, a racing enthusiast, had received a speeding ticket just two hours prior. Dean's co-star Natalie Wood died in very strange circumstances when she fell off a boat and drowned in 1981. The death was ruled an accident although some speculated to the contrary. And finally, Sal Mineo died in 1976 after being stabbed during a robbery outside of his Hollywood apartment. The film's cursed moniker has been overshadowed by the film itself, which has legendary status. Still, three leads of a major film like this one dying so young is a little unsettling.
