10 Game Of Thrones Actors Who Could Star In The MCU (And Who They’d Play)
5. Sin Schmidt - Lena Headey
Season 8 was supposed to be the apex of Cersei’s villainy, but instead she was wasted staring out of windows and scarcely interacting with anyone bar Qyburn and her final moments with Jaime.
Still though, the show as a whole showed she could wrack audiences with terror as she held the power of the world in the palm of her hand. Her coronation after blowing up the Sept is probably the best visual example, but throughout the show her dialogue had a unique blend of wit, callousness and venom.
She’s played heroic leading characters before, most notably as Sarah Connor in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, but after shining so very bright as Cersei, an MCU villain seems her best bet.
With Infinity War and Endgame bringing Red Skull back into focus, it might not be too long before we see Sin Schmidt appear.
Red Skull’s daughter picked up where he left off but with less of an insane Nazi vibe and more of a Cold War superspy feel to her.
Headey could definitely pull this off, but with no Steve Rogers on the scene her introduction (if it ever happens) may be more rocky.
