10 Game Of Thrones Actors Who Could Star In The MCU (And Who They’d Play)
6. Phyla-Vell/Quasar - Maisie Williams
With the introduction and success of Captain Marvel, the door is open for the MCU to bring in a lot more characters from her comic book arcs. This means Monica Rambeau becoming Spectrum, Kamala Khan and, potentially, Phyla-Vell/Quasar.
Maisie Williams (along with another Westeros woman featured higher and her on screen sister Sophie Turner), has arguably been the biggest breakout stars of Game Of Thrones.
Williams was an unknown child when she was first cast as Arya, but since then she’s had a recurring role in Doctor Who, led a handful of decent Netflix movies and is due to star in The New Mutants next year. She has the making of an A-List star, and surely now Thrones has wrapped up she’ll have several offers from major studios.
The MCU have already made some substantial changes to the Mar-Vell character, so Phyla-Vell’s original cosmic origin is out. They might be better off just having her as another Kree defector and going with her arc once she’s assumed the title of Quasar.
If Moondragon features in Guardians or Asgardians Of The Galaxy, Phyla-Vell in Captain Marvel can help tie the cosmic storylines together.
