7. The "Superhero" Movie

You knew it had to be on this list somewhere. It's the
soup du jour of Hollywood blockbusters these days. Everyone and their mother seems to be involved in some superhero project headed for the big screen, so why not our man Quentin? While there aren't a whole lot of established superheroes that seem ripe for Tarantino's vision (except the obvious choice of The Punisher), I wouldn't want him to adapt a hero anyways. I'd want to see an original superhero/vigilante character that Quentin came up with. The closest possible outcome would probably be akin to James Gunn's gonzo magnum opus
Super: a hyper-violent character study with pitch black humor and a strange sense of heart. Regardless, any dip into comic book crusading via Tarantino's blood-filled swimming pool would be a happy respite from the usual by-the-numbers summer adventures we've been use to these past years. But hey, someone's going to have to reboot Batman.
