There's a hurdle of rights again, but Kang would be a great MCU addition. Like other Fantastic Four characters, if Fox give up or sell their rights to Fantastic Four, or collaborate with Marvel like Sony have, then the possibility of Kang becomes more real.
Using Kang would open up another hornet’s nest though. If the possibility of shape-shifters, clones, symbiotes and global amnesia doesn’t mess with your head enough, how about time travel?
When time travel was introduced to the X-Men universe the result was the retconning and removal of several key events. It looked like a cynical way to erase the mistakes of the past (even if they weren't wholly wiped out), but there's no denying the universal appeal of time travelling as a story telling device.
It's surely only a matter of time before Marvel start looking at possibilities like that.
