10 Greatest "I'm Dead And I Know It" Star Wars Moments
3. Darth Vader Shuts The Doors On Nute Gunray - Revenge Of The Sith
While it would've been easy and acceptable to dump the poor Rebels tasked with holding off the biggest bad in the galaxy not long after the aforementioned destruction of Scariff on this list, another rather menacing moment of brutality from Darth Vader from a few years earlier more than rivals said Rogue One massacre.
Hot on the heels of chopping his way through some younglings, a recently turned Anakin Skywalker is tasked with extinguishing the last few embers of the Separatist group on Mustafar. And in one particularly sinister beat, the Viceroy of the Trade Federation, Nute Gunray, likely very much realised what savagery was waiting around the corner.
After welcoming the recently christened Lord Vader into their company, Skywalker unsettles all in attendance by slowly lowering the surrounding doors via the Force. Skip forward to the sight of Anakin easily slicing his way through the room, leaving only Gunray to beg for his life before referencing Lord Sidious' promises of "peace" in a hopeless late attempt to elicit some mercy in the barbaric fallen Jedi.
In truth, though, the Viceroy knew his time was up the second he witnessed his fellow Separatists be utterly butchered in this sealed makeshift tomb.
