10 Greatest Ever James Bond Stunts

5. The Man with the Golden Gun (1974) - Car Flip

A bit of a silly, irreverent film, The Man With The Golden Gun is nonetheless a bit of a fun, daft romp and one that Roger Moore works well in as his 007 goes about foiling the plans of triple-nippled baddie Scaramanga (who has the odd habit of sending golden bullets to his victims with their names engraved before they're killed - surely a strongly-worded letter would be cheaper?). In the end of the film's second act, Bond is chasing down Scaramanga, his vertically-challenged henchman Nick Nack and captured agent Mary Goodnight with the help of American cop JW Pepper, a Southern stereotype and a half, when the car they're in races across the ends of a bridge - and somersaults through the air, turning a full 360 degrees side-to-side, executing a perfect shot and landing an iconic moment for a film that otherwise might have been too far from redeeming factors.
