10 Greatest MCU Heroes With No Powers

There are plenty of super-teams within the MCU, and even more heroes not necessarily officially affiliated with any such team. However, there is no doubt that the biggest cornerstone that the franchise has been built upon is the Avengers.

They saved the world from Loki, they saved the world from Ultron, they saved the world from Thanos, and at the head of the table is Nick Fury. Without him, there would never have been an Avengers team at all, and without him, Captain Marvel would never have come to Earth to fight Thanos at just the right time.

Though not your typical superhero, as Nick Fury has never been one to fight on the front lines alongside Captain America, he has almost always been there supporting, pulling strings, and saving the world in his own way. He even had the balls to stand up to both Loki and the World Security Council on the same day.

There have certainly been sketchy moments from the former director of S.H.I.E.L.D., and there is currently great uncertainty within the MCU fandom as to how long Fury has actually been a Skrull, but his legend will be solidified and surely more questions will be both answered and raised as he finally takes centre-stage in Secret Invasion next year.
