10 Greatest Supporting Roles In Quentin Tarantino Films

7. Mr. Orange (Tim Roth)

GwqpqsQsi40l Mr. Orange may not be the most memorable character in Reservoir Dogs but he is certainly the most important to the story. It's Mr. Orange who is the surrogate for the viewer throughout the movie since Tim Roth plays him with such vulnerability. It's his almost father/child relationship with Mr. White that lends Mr. Orange an added layer of compassion from the viewer. He is the character that you tend to root for the most because he is in such a compromising position throughout most of the movie, this is heightened when he is discovered to be the cop amongst the gangsters. Without Mr. Orange Reservoir Dogs would either fall apart or not be nearly as gripping since he is inadvertently responsible for the majority of the deaths in the film.

My favorite movies are Before Sunrise, Pulp Fiction, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Alien and Her so don't be surprised to see those pop up in my writing from time to time. I'm currently in school for Journalism/English and I have an obsession with all things cinematic on the side.
