2. Major Glenn Talbot (Hulk)

Prior to the reboot that saw Edward Norton and then Mark Ruffalo take on the part of the Hulk, Eric Bana would play the role in 2003's "Hulk". Bana's Hulk and alter-ego Bruce Banner would spend that movie being tormented by General Ross' partner and Betty Ross' long-term friend, Glenn Talbot. Talbot is a former military officer who became a bioscience executive for a private company who contract out to the US Government. When he finds out about Betty's and Bruce Banner's research, he tries to convince them to quit the lab and start working for his company and, after their refuse, he tries to force them. After finding out about the Hulk, he becomes obsessed with taking a sample of his blood in order to create bio-weapons for profit. When the Army takes Banner captive, the very smug Talbot starts bullying him to the point that he transforms into The Hulk. Having underestimated the Hulk's power, Talbot is subsequently thrown to one side by the Hulk and injured - which was nice. He would later try to take another sample when General Ross captures Bruce later in the movie. Banner is put in a restrictive chamber and forced to transform, but he breaks free before the sample is taken. Following the Hulk in to some corridors, the giant is restrained with a special foam and Talbot then tries to kill him with a rocket launcher, but the rocket bounces off Hulk's impenetrable skin and kills him in the most satisfying of ways.
