4. Scud (Blade II)
Scud met Blade when the latter saved him from being killed by two female vampires (who still badly injured him) when he took them back to his tent whilst backpacking. He was recruited by Blade as his technician and weapons manufacturer in the absence of Whistler. He was a cocky, over-confident individual who it turns out had been turned in to a vampire and was working for the bloodback and Damaskinos - to whom he was a "familiar" - in order to spy on Blade. However, it would be revealed that Blade had been on to him for some time and, after Scud had flaunted the revelation of his deception (even getting in a couple of sly hits on Blade), he would be blown to pieces by one of his own weapons, which he had thought was a dud. A satisfying end to an irritating character's life.
